My client is a leading scientific researcher needing a Systems Analyst. You will be implementing key systems development. As a systems Analyst a sound understanding of the principles of analysis and design, associated methodologies and supporting tools is essential for this position. Must haves for this role are SDLC understanding and experience, the ability to design and specify integrated system solutions, ability to model business processes and have project management methodologies. Customer-focused relationship- buildings skills are also required. Part of your daily responsibilities will be to provide input to the functional development and support of the financial department and to exploit the current financial system, improve financial processes, Provide greater integration for the systems that manage financial data. A proven achievement of analysis, design and implementation of IT solutions for financial systems environment will be needed e.g., Sun Accounts, Coda, Agresso.
